I've known about the spanish house since i was about 10 years old (35+ years) when i was a kid we used to set up barrels of beer at the end of that road, i walked through the woods next to the house on the rail road tracks, we have partied in the cemetery across the street. point is i have spent a lot of time in the area of that house, and yes one night even decided to go in(without vandalizing the place) And never ever have i seen anything strange that would lead me to believe it was haunted. i think after researching its nothing but made up stories. Don't you think if there was a murder that gruesome there would be some kind of news report? Yes it is creepy at night but again i think that's mostly due to the hype. I've also spent a few hours in the very early AM in the glenbeulah cemetery from about 2 am to 3:30 am and saw NOTHING. If anyone has solid fact on either one of these places I'd love to hear about it, until then i think its a load of BS. (sorry folks)

Actually. Recently about maybe a year ago. The Spanish house was taken down! Yeah. Just a flat land now. But when it was still up. My and my brother would go there really late. We'd drive there in our manual car and stop by it. We would look at the house. Discuss if it really is haunted or not. Then turn the car back on and go. But when we tried to turn the car on, it started..but then it died. It wouldnt turn on. He turned the keys trying to get the car back on, but it wouldn't. After a couple of tries he finally got it back on and we left in a hurry. But now, like I said, it has been torn down. Just land. No more fence. Just land..

There is more than one story to the house rancho de las flores. And you have the stop sign mixed up in with those stories. Its a separate one having to do with an indian man killing his family or something like that. But rancho de las flores has the mexican legend behind it and then there's a story about a man and a wife who lived in that house, the man a doctor held many exotic animals and was getting the venom to cure people. I don't remember what happened with the couple but I think they have both passed on. The house, sadly, has been torn down and the land is now up for sale and costs a fortune.

I worked at city streets resturant when I was was a teen ,then it was located on top of the first national bank on 8th street
The stories of the janitor are very true I have seen things that well to this day freak me out, ghosts, a blueish head that I saw very clearly then it was gone,Some kind of lightning , voices and thats was just what I saw. The owner of city streets im sure has alot of sightings.. the bottom floor on the service elevator is was the worst or best depending on how you look at it...
