We all live here in Sheboygan County, right?  What do you think of the housing market?  It seems obvious that there is a push to get out of the inner city.  Subdivisions popping up in random farm fields all over the place and for sale signs lining the streets of the city.

Do you think the quality of life is worse in Sheboygan over the last 3 years or so?  I think that the housing market is in trouble and people not able to afford a home payment, let alone rent on an apartment, is making it worse.

More and more people are in debt and “have” to sell their homes for way more than it’s worth to any home buyer these days.  That, of course, is a factor in people just building their own homes and leaving the city to do so.

Living in the country is nice, but there are also nice areas in the city of Sheboygan, right?  Are you in the process of selling your home now or in the near future?
