I am sure that every single person in the city of Sheboygan read the article about the woman who shot her 8 year old daughter to win $1, right?  Well, what do you think of that?

$1.  It was ONE dollar.  How messed up do you have to be to think to yourself that it would be ok to do such a thing to a helpless child?  In my opinion, people still have nothing better to do, like get a job.  If an 8 year old is old enough to harm for a ONE DOLLAR bet, what is next?

If anything is ever going to get fixed with parents that neglect, beat or rape their own children, I think the government is going to have to create a program that will offer free shrinks for these people.  That is what they need.
