After reading through the Press today, I noticed an article stating there was going to be a charge for the main act at Brat Days.

Well, since I hardly ever read the entire article to get all the facts, I thought I would toss a blog post up about Brat Days in general.  I am glad the city of Sheboygan tries to give it’s residence something to do, even if it does include over priced food and beverages.

The city could be doing nothing for the residents, but they still have Brat Days.  Back in the day, it was really a  major thing to hit in the summer.  Before all the gangs and weirdos came to live in the area.  Now, Brat Days is nothing more than great “people watchin’ time”. 

Of course when ESPN was here to watch folks cram Brats down their throats, that was pretty cool, too.  But now they might have to charge for a main stage act?  It had better be worth it to even think about not just watching from atop the hill.

Do you plan on paying MORE money just to see the main stage act up close?
