Drunk Driving SignNot that Wisconsin has a drinking problem or anything, but it looks like about 5 states have adopted harder laws for 1st offense drunk driving.  The penalty you ask?  Ignition interlock for 1st offense.

With over 30% of car accident deaths a result of drunk driving, more and more states are looking to curb the problem before it gets too bad.  Not a bad idea huh?  That’s what I was thinking too!
